Dr. Agatha Sleboda is a New York native who grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Sleboda provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, treats ocular conditions, and co-manages pre- and post-operative surgical care.

She is passionate about promoting health literacy within her community by building meaningful connections focused on patient education and preventative care. In her free time, Dr. Sleboda enjoys yoga, traveling, and cooking.
