Brett Tompkins, D.O., a board-certified ophthalmologist, embarked on his medical journey with undergraduate degrees in Kinesiology and Biology from San Diego Christian College. He earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA. Following graduation, Dr. Tompkins completed his ophthalmology residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, CA.
His dedication to service continued at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, providing care to military personnel and their families. Additionally, Dr. Tompkins contributed to the growth of Seashore Eyecare, helping to establish and expand the practice.
In his personal life, Dr. Tompkins is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying basketball, football, tennis, and cycling. He cherishes time spent with his wife and four sons, exploring the diverse attractions of Southern California.
