Dr. Dorothea Remark Martinez is a Southern California native and received her Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of California, Riverside. She then went to the Southern California College of Optometry where she graduated in May 2023. Interested in learning more about ocular disease, she decided to pursue a residency in Primary Care/ Ocular Disease at the Riverside- San Bernardino County IHS.
In her spare time, she likes to play with her mini poodle mix Simba who she adopted at the beginning of her residency. She also enjoys hiking with friends and hopes to visit every National Park one day.
