Dr. Liang-Chang, originally from Hawaii, now happily resides in Southern California. She is passionate about ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, and delivering the best possible care to her patients. After completing a residency program at the West Los Angeles VA, she is thrilled to join the team at Azul Vision.
In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and golfing with her husband.
