Ledia Samwil, O.D.

Dr. Samwil is a board-certified optometrist with a degree from Salus University, where she was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List for her academic excellence. She contributed to the field of optometry through many services, including a medical mission trip to Nicaragua with the Student Optometric Service to Humanity (SOSH), and as a teaching assistant in the clinical skills lab at Salus University. After graduating, Dr. Samwil practiced optometry in Virginia, collaborating with eye specialists and surgeons before moving to California with her husband and joining the Azul Vision team. Beyond her professional pursuits, she proudly volunteers with "We Help," a non-profit providing food to those in need, and enjoys Pilates, hiking, and reading in her free time.
