They were very nice and thorough. They are very good Eye Dr's! I'm glad I had a very good female student eye Dr.! She was knowledgeable, and very nice! She left the room and went to get Dr. Diggory. He was an Excellent eye Doctor! I like the prescription they gave me! I have "dry eyes" and have had them for many, many years. My eye exam was with a student originally. Then Dr. Diggory came in and he confirmed her results and impressions. He was fast and effective. He was friendly and personable. Some test were redone and the numbers made more sense and he actually listened to me when I asked for an additional test. I appreciated that a great deal. I came in today after having an electrical arc hit me in my face yesterday at work and making my eyes very irritated and watery. I came in to get checked to make sure there was no permanent damage and my experience here was way better then I could have asked for Azul Vision definitely gets a 10/10. Everyone helped me and explained everything so thoroughly. I have been to two Azul vision facilities (Riverside and Upland) but none of them come close to the one in Redlands. Starting from the check'in to the checkout. Everything was seemless and in a timely manner. I have seen Dr. Diggory twice. Both time he had Very qualified assistants who were throrough with their exams. They have checked my eyes for any possible new issues. Explained and compared previous tests results. The doctor double checked and reviewed their report. Very pleasant experience. Doctor Diggory is an excellent and kind caring and thoughtful eye doctor and is very knowledgeable and skillful and he tells it like it is a very happy place and I go to the office in Redlands, much better and get in n out....never had to wait very long....I always get an appointment early morning...I highly recommend Dr. Diggory to everyone, children, adults, elders and all. Dr. Diggory is very professional, down to earth and makes you feel at easy. He answers all questions asked and explained it thoroughly so you can understand it. Arrived early to my appointment due to immenant inclement weather in the mountains. Office was able to get me in early, get my eye exam done quickly, so I could make it back up the mountain just as the snow started to fall. Dr. Diggory gave me one of the best eye exams I've ever had. Even though it was near his lunch time, he never made me feel rushed or like he was trying to get rid of me so he could go to lunch. He took his time, explained everything and was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having with my eyes. He was clear with his explanations and took my goal (no surgery) in mind; but I'm sure if he though surgery was best, he would have shared that with me, too. My experience with him was so much better than my previous exam, that I would not hesitate to return to him. He said he will review the strength and calibration of my current glasses and let me know the best direction for me to go. In fact, I will return to him for that. Every time I go there, it's a great feeling knowing that everybody cares they're friendly. They take care of whatever the problem is they get you in quickly. Everybody is just awesome there. And they are very knowledgeable, and I love my doctor who is Doctor Diggory, who IA bit going to for years? Because he explains everything and he's very caring and knowledgeable. And I know what's going on with my eyes, and he's a specialist and I refer him to everybody. Because that's how great he is.
