Dr. Phoebe Chen, originally from southern California, completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at the University of California, San Diego. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, where she received comprehensive training in diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, as well as prescribing glasses and contacts. Dr. Chen received further training during her Ocular Disease residency at W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. After practicing in northern Virginia for several years, she has returned to southern California with enthusiasm to provide exceptional eye care to her community.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Chen enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines and hiking in the local mountains. Her goal is to eventually visit every U.S. National Park!
