Samira Khan, M.D.

Dr. Samira Khan is a board-certified retina specialist with over a decade of experience in diagnosing and treating retinal diseases using the latest technology and minimally invasive treatments. She is deeply committed to providing respectful, compassionate care, making sure every patient understands their condition in clear, accessible terms. Dr. Khan considers it a privilege to care for the health and well-being of her patients' eyesight.

Dr. Khan earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College as part of a 7-year Physician-Scientist Program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, graduating magna cum laude. She completed her Ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York, followed by a fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.

After the pandemic, Dr. Khan relocated to Orange County to be closer to family and has since dedicated herself to serving her local community. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, along with pursuing her passions for traveling, cooking, and photography.
