Dr. Sylvia Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive ophthalmology with expertise in managing a variety of eye conditions, including dry eye, cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy. She is skilled in performing modern cataract surgery utilizing advanced lens technologies. A Southern California native, Dr. Chang earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA and her Doctorate of Medicine from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her residency in Ophthalmology in Akron, Ohio, where she was appointed chief resident.
